BERT 1B881 _ 1.6T High Speed Bit Error Rate Tester

PSS BERT1B881 is a high-speed bit error rate analyzer (BERT) specifically designed for multi-channel PAM4 and NRZ applications. Each channel supports data rates up to 106.25 GBaud, making it ideal for 1.6T / 800G module R&D and advanced testing scenarios.

The system adopts a multi-core high-speed connector for electrical signal transmission and features a modular design that allows independent extraction for near-end testing. It can also be optionally equipped with a BER analysis module with optical interfaces, which can replace the standard LCD display interface.

The transmitter includes a built-in pre-emphasis adjustment mode for optimizing PAM4 eye diagrams, while the receiver supports equalization (EQ) and forward error correction (FEC) functions, along with data and graphical analysis capabilities.
