BERT3T800G3 _ 800G Three-Temperature High Speed BERT

The PSS 800G Three-Temperature BERT System integrates an 800G Bit Error Rate Tester (BERT), an MCB board, and a three-temperature TEC + liquid-cooling rapid temperature control system. It supports multi-port testing for 400G/800G OSFP, QSFP-DD, and QSFP112 modules.
The system features a modular design, allowing users to configure different port quantities and package types according to specific testing requirements, providing a fully customizable test solution.

  • Bit Error Rate Analyzer
    • Supports multi-rate NRZ / PAM4 signals from 24.33 to 57.8 GBaud.
    • Multiple pattern selections: PRBS 7/9/11/13/15/16/23/31, PRBS 7–31Q, SSPRQ, JP03A, JP03B, and user-defined patterns.
    • The transmitter supports 3/7-tap pre-emphasis, while the receiver supports adaptive equalization.
    • Features fast rise/fall times and low jitter performance.
    • Supports FEC Monitor and KP4 RS-FEC functions, including symbol error distribution analysis.

    • Equipped with comprehensive TEC protection, continuously monitoring the temperature difference between the hot and cold sides.
    • An innovative case temperature monitoring design enables real-time feedback of the module shell temperature.
    • Each port adopts an independent water-cooling loop, ensuring isolated and interference-free operation.
