Product Description
- Manual load and unload, Tray / blue tape (metal frame) & automatic pick and place.
- Dual nozzle structure
- Support OCR function
- Dual testing platform, the testing platform supports temperature control (room temperature ~ 90℃)；
Other temperature control ranges are also available. - Support NG chip can be marked by probe needle.
- Can be expanded to EML, SOA measurements (optional)
- Current source supports integration with different brands
(Default with self-made source meter, and it can also integrate with NI / Keithley / Precise...etc.)
