DCA 50021 _ 50G Oscilloscope
The DCA50021 is primarily used for transmitter performance testing, supporting single-channel or four-channel optical input, and capable of testing NRZ and PAM4 signals. The optical channel bandwidth reaches 30 GHz, while the electrical channel bandwidth goes up to 50 GHz, equipped with multiple typical filters.
This system utilizes a high-vertical-resolution, high-sampling-rate ADC combined with continuous-time equivalent sampling and proprietary algorithms to achieve high-precision eye diagram reconstruction. Its excellent circuit design ensures system noise below 3 µW, and when paired with a calibrated reference receiver (meeting industry tolerance standards), it fully meets the requirements of the optical communication industry for accurate digital waveform measurements.
