DCA 50021 _ 50G Oscilloscope
DCA50021 光取樣示波器主要用於發射端性能指標測試，支援單通道或四通道光輸入，並可進行 NRZ 與 PAM4 信號測試。光通道頻寬達 30 GHz，電通道頻寬最高可達 50 GHz，並配備多種典型濾波器。
本設備採用高垂直解析度與高取樣率 ADC，結合連續等效取樣技術與自研演算法，實現高精度眼圖重構。優異的電路設計使系統雜訊低於 3 µW，並搭配經校準的參考接收機(符合業界容限標準)，可完美滿足光通訊產業對數位波形精確測試的需求。
