E Series Source Meter
The E series high-voltage source meter support up to 3500V and weak current signal 1nA.
In the first working quadrant, the output and measurement voltage is 0~3500V, the output and measurement current is 0~100mA. It supports constant voltage and constant current working mode, and supports I-V scanning mode
It can be used in IGBT breakdown voltage test, IGBT dynamic test, bus capacitance charging power supply, IGBT burn-in power supply, lightning protection diode withstand voltage test, varistor withstand voltage test, and so on.
其恆流模式有利於快速測量擊穿點。
